I am really starting to develop a love for running. Road running, trail running; I don't care. 5 months ago if someone would have asked me to go running, my reply would have been, "from what?"
I found myself hitting a wall of about 4-5 miles on a run. I decided to go out to the park near my house for some trail running. I found out a very important lesson: If you are running and lost, you keep running until you figure out where you are! I tried that on Sunday and ran 10 miles! I did it again today and did 7! I realize there are little devices that will tell you where you are, but that is just too high tech!
What are you doing to be unconventional?
