Good article with some great points on leadership.

When I first got into management, I thought the guy with the loudest voice and the biggest stick was being a leader. As I continued in different management positions as my career developed I found that the person with a confident voice, and a drive to help those they are managing to succeed, were the actual leaders.

I’m pretty sure I have heard most things at least once, yet we need to hear the good stuff over and over. I have spent the past hour or so reading through your website and your blog. Love your energy and the things you have put together.
