One of the books is The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone. This dude approaches success as a duty, and offers simple strategies to help you get out of your own way and succeed.

The next one is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. The only thing this guy could improve upon is asking for referrals after closing his prospect on trying Green Eggs and Ham.
