When you are fishing, you won&#8217;t likely see the fish on the end of your line until it is\u00a0almost in\u00a0your boat or on\u00a0the shore. <strong>You will, however, feel the tugging on the line reminding you that your fish is still on the line.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fishing, Faith, and Look! A Squirrel!\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xw5tmnrcp9w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Having\u00a0faith that something is <em>&#8220;on the line&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0keeps you going when times are tough, reminds you that you are moving in the right direction, and encourages you that there is something bigger and better coming.<\/p>\n<p>Successful businessmen and\u00a0fishermen are known for their ability to tell the story of their &#8220;big catch&#8221; with great detail (and sometimes exaggeration!). Recalling a past success\u00a0keeps them going when nothing is biting. Discover the power of replaying your <a href=\"http:\/\/theshef.com\/wordpress\/awesome-reel\/\" target=\"_blank\">awesome reel<\/a>\u00a0of past accomplishments\u00a0in my previous post.<\/p>\n<p>Since I enjoy <em>catching<\/em> much more than <em>fishing<\/em>, I look for other ways to enjoy the gift of the outdoors. <em>(I&#8217;d love to see an ADHD fishing tournament&#8230;it would last about 6 minutes and no one would catch anything.)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Here are 3 tips to keep in mind when pursuing success no matter how you may define it:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>You may need to switch your bait. (email, direct mail, phone, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>You may need to change locations (go where people are buying)<\/li>\n<li>Realize that things are going to get tough along the way, but so what?
