By extension, you can \u00a0create your own “seasons”. For example, a local running supply store typically has shoe sales in June and again in the fall. Runners plan on upgrading at that time. A local printer may have a sale on business card printing in January to help you jump start your business. Whatever event or theme you can think of will likely create a boost in business for you.<\/p>\n
An added benefit of creating your own ‘seasons’ or events is that your staff has a central rallying point and vision. When there is no theme, people will tend to do the best that they can do with respect to business; but when they are provided a theme or event to rally around, they will excel in their performance. \u00a0Perhaps you would want to consider a contest of some type based around your theme as well.<\/p>\n
