A few days ago, I was invited to speak to the Young Presidents Organization at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. \u00a0The Phoenix\/Scottsdale area was experiencing record low temperatures, and most businesses are not set up to handle chilly weather like they are in other parts of the country.<\/p>\n
The staff at the Four Seasons did their best to handle the comfort of their guests the best they could, but they also reminded their guests of what they do best; which is providing 5 star service.<\/p>\n
