There are times when even the most successful people feel like they are totally out of control. Whether an election didn’t go the way you wanted it to, a loved one dies, or failure comes knocking at your door; you are the only one who is in charge of creating your successful future. When I’m delivering keynote messages at sales conventions, there are always people who don’t complain. Those people often times are the most successful people in their organization.
