Stop beginning your day with email, social media, and other demands, and start putting YOU first in the morning.

Every successful person I have ever met understands the importance of creating a strong foundation and a “Why” in their morning. Rarely do they submit to the demands of other people’s request first thing in the day, and they realize that the way they begin the day sets the stage for an awesome or an awful day.

Tony Robbins calls it the Hour of Power, other speakers have used other terms; but you will be one day older tomorrow, you may as well be one step closer to where you want to be!

Here are 3 Ways to Capture Morning Routine for Success

  • Stay away from your electronics and breathe deeply, focusing on gratitude.
  • Ignite your brain by getting your heart pumping. Exercising in the morning floods your brain with hormones and chemicals that help you feel good and set you up for success.
  • Read something inspiring
